THE LEGACY LOUNGE
The latest renovation at The Legacy is our 2700 sq. ft. lounge, located on the lower level of the building. With a design that honors our buildings mid-century origin, the Legacy Lounge is a swanky location for receptions and parties, intimate concerts, and small-scale theatrical productions. Guest capacity varies with room setup; we’ll be happy to discuss your unique event. Accessibility to the Legacy Lounge is limited for the physically challenged (stairs).
RENTAL FEES
Rental fees are based on time and usage for your event and may include charges for technical personnel, equipment, box office, custodial and other services which may vary depending on the nature of the production or event.
We look forward to meeting with you to discuss your unique needs, and will work with you to prepare an estimate for usage and services before making contractual arrangements.
The Legacy Theatre will place a courtesy hold for ten days, pending completion of our Agreement and receipt of your deposit.
